Mahima and Geeta February 29, 2008

Mahima Choudhary and Geeta Basra walked the ramp at the Samira Mumbai International Boat Show (boat show???!!!), and although Mahima looks radiant in her black dress, the shoes do nothing to lengthen her legs. Geeta on the other hand looks tall and slim in the beautiful black saree but she played a little too long in the makeup kit and ends up looking like a clown.

Chastity Belt February 29, 2008

Preity is certainly one of the few fashion frontrunners in Bollywood and this is no exception. We love her in this metallic dress, which on someone else might have looked like tinfoil, but she pulls it off with panache. Except for the huge chastity belt, which she wore once (on the right) before at the Vogue India launch. While we are at it, she also wore the same dress at the Vogue India launch, again in a different color. Oy ve! We eat our words that she’s a fashion frontrunner, more like a fashion repeat offender!

Did she dress in the dark?? What’s with the mismatched shoes? If Rakhi’s trying to set a trend, it ain’t working and it won’t happen. Like a moth to a flame, she’s also drawn to the same tight, short, and sparkly dresses. Our recommendation is this cute Black Halo dress for her next event; it’s sexy (coming and going!) but not overtly so.
