What the H-E-Double Hockey Sticks is Urmila wearing??? I hope this isn’t a Manish-endorsed outfit! Since when did it become fashionable to add huge moth balls to one’s top? Did she think it would make this already ugly top any prettier? No suck luck babes! The jeans aren’t all that great but I suspect her shoes are even worse. Thank goodness she spared us the sight!

On the Fence July 29, 2008

I’m on the fence about Priyanka’s beige saree. On the one hand, it’s nice to see her in traditional Indian wear but on the other hand, this particular saree makes her look like a sweet 30something housewife attending a friend’s shaadi with hubby. In this case, hubby Bobby (in reel-life yaar!) didn’t get the memo about dressing up for his own film’s music launch. Instead he looks like he’s ready to go a Michael Jackson concert after which, he’s going to the bowling alley (check out the bowling shoes!). Ok so maybe I’m not so much on the fence about Bobby’s pathetic outfit after all!

Dubai Real Estate Launch July 29, 2008

Of all the things our stars endorse, real estate in Dubai is one of them. C’mon, really?! Well, the sponsors certainly got more than their money’s worth with a bevy of Bollywood starlets, namely Deepika, Mahima, Kim and Raima. We could only find a full size picture of Deepika’s dress, whose fishscale pattern reminds us of Marion Cotillard’s Jean Paul Gaultier dress that she wore to the Oscar last year. That was a one-of-a-kind dress and Deepika’s pales in comparison. The color and pattern are clashing to be heard, so much so that it makes this dress look awfully like a dead fish. Peewwww!

As for the other three ladies, unfortunately, we can’t comment too much without seeing the full length of their dresses but I suspect that Kim is wearing some tight and short. Mahima looks very pretty and the color of her dress suits her, while Raima looks like she borrowed a dress out of Shriya’s closet.

Kajol on OK July 29, 2008

Where or where has Kajol been? The pretty lady starred with her hubby in a ‘blink and you miss it’ film just this past year, but other than that, we’ve seen very little of her. So it was nice to see her in the latest issue of OK Magazine. Her makeup is great, especially the emphasis on her best features – her eyes. We would have loved to see more of the fashion though but from what we see, the pink outfit and accessories look great!

Au Naturel July 29, 2008

No no, it’s not what you think. I meant au naturel as in no makeup look that Bhumika is sporting. Don’t I wish that I looked half as good without makeup on! I’m also liking Bhu’s simple saree and capsleeve blouse. Why does she keep holding her ear though? New pose? Ear infection?
