It’s been a while since we’ve seen some of our men of Bollywood so what a pleasant surprise to see three of them at the CPAA Press Meet. Aftab has always been my favorite so my vote goes to him but Milind comes in a close second. As for Sohail, meh. How about you? Which of these men, in jeans, are your fav?

‘No’ to Tights May 25, 2009
Former beauty queen Diana Hayden has still got the oomph but alas, the same can’t be said for her maroon tights that she paired with a cute tunic. The tunic would have looked great on its own, albeit a big longer, and some gold gladiator sandals. Or the same length but paired with some white capris. I hate the shoes too; sandals would have been a better fit.
Figure Flattering? May 25, 2009
Do you think this dress that Sophie wore is figure flattering (considering she has curves) or is more suited for a rail-thin model? Personally, I think it hugs awkwardly in the wrong places and highlights her upper torso in a not-so-flattering way. Your thoughts?

Actress Neetu Chandra from ‘Oye Lucky Oye’ sure needs a helping hand in dressing for her figure. At two separate events, she sports unflattering outfits that somehow make her look rounder than she actually is and give her some wide-ass hips. (We know that’s not the case based on her latest photoshoot; view with caution!) A simple A-line dress would have flattered more. Don’t get me started on the hair and pink streaks as well as the awful choice of sandals.

It’s the ‘Best of Femina’ issue, one that has taken 50 years in the making. Who better to highlight Femina through the decades than Deepika. Stunning cover me thinks. I particularly like the one that screams old Bollywood glamour with pinup curls and statement necklace. Also, check out some of the covers through the ages. (Thank goodness 80s hair is long gone!)

While I’m not a fan of the Verve May 2009 cover, I’m absolutely loving the clothes and styling inside the pages. The vivid colors, scenery and background only enhances Diana’s lithe frame and highlights the clothes oh so beautifully. How about you? Do you prefer this editorial or Diana’s cover for L’Officiel?
