Sorry but the first thing that came to mind when I saw this picture of Deepika was that the pink jumpsuit’s making her look as huge as a baby elephant. We know thats not the case since she’s reed thin but the pink satin jumpsuit does her figure no favors.
Folks, if ya want to look thin, you certainly don’t want to wear velvet ‘coz it ain’t slimmin’. Aishwarya found this out the hard way when she pulled out her old pagent gown and wore it to a Longines event recently.
Cute dress, cute girl, but what a washout of a color. Had the color been something more vibrant, this dress would have looked a 100 times better on Natassha (or Anita or whatever her name is today). The shoes might have even been right for the dress.
Deepika graces the July 2009 issue of Vogue India in what looks suspiciously like the Dolce and Gabbana dress that Diana Penty wore on the L’Officiel cover back in February. If you remember, Deepika also graced Vogue’s cover back in 2007 (see below). Which cover do you like better – the current one or the one from the past?
It’s not often that we see Katrina in traditional indian attire, so what a pleasant surprise to see her in something simple and Indian.
Saifeena seen out and about in Delhi, she in a maxi dress and Saif in his trademark headscarf, tee and jeans. What do you think of their casual looks? I don’t mind the maxi so much but am not keen on the footwear Kareena has on. Some flat gladiators or simple sandals would have been better.
Both Deepika and Katrina wore hot pink dresses to their respective film press meets. While Katrina kept hers sleek and fitted, Deepika chose a more voluminous, strapless hot pink number that she belted with a black leather belt. Who was your favorite? On an aside, looks like Deepika’s favorite color is pink as she also wore a hot pink dress to an earlier press conference promoting the same film (i.e., Love Aaj Kal).
