If anyone can pull of eyebrow grazing bangs, it’s Bipasha, who looks adorable in this latest haircut. I think she looks youthful and chic but I’d have cut the fringe a tad bit shorter. Speaking of short though, the dress is miniscule; alas, that does not make her look young, only gives off the impression that she’s trying to be young. The color is lovely but the dress itself, I’d have given a miss.
