Sister Alvira Khan came out to support her brother Salman’s fashion show in a blue, satin number that could have used a good ironing pre-show. As dresses go, this one is not so bad but it’s also not great. It’s just ‘meh’.

As black dresses go, this is not too bad; a few more inches of fabric and it would be downright decent. However, Amisha really could use a closet full of designer shoes as these are terribly cheap and tawdry. Heck, no respectable hooker would be caught dead in these!

Reader Request – Aamir and Kiran October 18, 2009
Blog reader Madhumita wanted me to review a few of our celebs’ fashion faux-pas, so here goes. First up is Aamir and Kiran who were in attendance at Salman’s ‘Being Human’ fashion show. It’s nice of Aamir to show his support by wearing one of the ‘Being Human’ t-shirts but his outfit is nothing to write home about. Ripped jeans, really?! Is that the best he could do? As for wife Kiran, the outfit is a complete mismatch and the blouse seems to be 10 sizes too large. The skirt seems better suited for the office rather than to a fashion show. The only thing salvageable about this outfit are her Loubs (shoes).
