Style Evolution

With everyone’s style, there’s bound to be up and downs.  Even with a stylist’s help, Kareena has a few misses and a few hits.  But whatever the case, at least its not the same ol’ same ol’.  Check out a few of her sartorial choices from the past few weeks alone.

Kareena on Filmfare

Probably one of the few magazine covers that I’ve liked of Filmfare, this has to be one of their better ones due to the simplicity and elegance of the dress.  Good thing they chose to showcase that and not add any gaudy jewels to it.  As for Kareena, she looks good on the cover but her previous two appearances were not so stellar.

Back to Back

Heroine promotions seem to be the only thing on the Bolly news of late so it’s fun to see what Kareena has been styled in for each event.  For one event, she wears a Dolce and Gabbana polka-dotted number with Prada heels and for another she opts for a lovely Ungaro dress with her trusty Louboutins.  Which would be your pick for best dress?  My vote veers towards the Ungaro and the pulled back hair.

Mix It Up

I can’t fault Kareena for keeping it different at every round of the Heroine promotions.  First in a white Osman Yousefzada dress, Mehak Gupta necklace (gorgeous!) and nude Louboutins; next in a pink Halston Heritage maxi with high-low hemline; and lastly in a green one-shouldered dress.  While the first look is dramatic, especially with the hair and that necklace, the raccoon eyes needed to be toned down and the dress taken up a smidge.  The second look is a stunning color on her, more of which she should wear but that’s where it ends.  The high-low hemline and the undefined waist is not a look I’d recommend for her body type.  Finally, the green one shoulder is nothing spectacular and…well, that’s all I got for that.  Which was your favorite look?

Promotional Looks

Promotional events have begun for Kareena’s upcoming movie ‘Heroine’ and she’s being styled by Tanya Ghavri.  For the first look, she wore a Pernia Qureshi ‘Georgette aqua blue double collar dress‘, followed by a Falguni and Shane Peacock dress with nude Louboutins.  I can’t say I like either outfit much but if I had to pick, possibly the Pernia one.
