Magazine covers are my jam! OK, reading trashy magazines are my jam 🙂 This month’s L’Officiel may not be a trashy but it certainly is dark. In a good way. They’ve put an actual, living, breathing Indian model on the cover for a change unlike other magazines (cough Vogue India cough). She’s wearing Givenchy on the cover and in a black and white floral dress from Alexander McQueen.

She’s come a long way and seems to be getting better with her style evolution. Whether it is in a printed Temperley London dress, a Diane Von Furstenberg jumpsuit, Sergio Hudson dress or Issa prints, Kareena looked lovely promoting her latest movie ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.

Congratulations are in order for newlyweds Shahid and Mira Rajput. They tied the knot in a private affair; both looked resplendent in their outfits. Gourmet chocolates and tea were favors for their guests. Cute!

Shirtdress Style
I love me a good shirtdress, it almost feels very 50s housewife. Huma chose a mint green one from Creo and paired it with floral pumps. While I do love the shoes, would a brighter, monochrome one have been better? Check out the next Runway to Reality post for the answer.
