Sonam’s appearance at Cannes is always fraught with anticipation. Did she hit it out of the park this time? Afraid not. While the blue Ralph and Russo gown was red-carpet worthy, the heavy hair swept over the neckline was suffocating the look. The neckline begged to be shown off with an updo or a sleek ponytail.
