Casual at Cannes

To caveat, ‘casual’ is all relative at Cannes. So, how did Aishwarya, Sonam and Katrina do in their casual avatars at various photocalls and press meets? Same pose, same hair, same makeup, same plasticky face.  Yawn.  I can’t stand another one of Katrina’s covers.

So ordinary is what I thought when I saw the cover.  The same pout, the same listless expression and the same ponytail hairstyle.  Nothing different.  Yawn.

Princess Syndrome

It’s the same ol’ same ol’ from Katrina.  Princess style dresses coupled with curled hair and very little makeup or accessories.  Someone needs to venture out of the safe zone a bit.

In Black

Looks like all these ladies had the same idea, i.e., wearing black for the Screen Awards show.  For the most part, most of the ladies looked nice with Amisha actually looking better than most.  Alas, Parineeti (in Sabyasachi) though came of looking like a dowdy housewife.  Katrina (in Naeem Khan Fall 2012 RTW) looked pretty but
