Repetitive

On the one hand, Vidya looks regal.  On the other hand, people would think she’s a lovely lady, probably a mom of two, around say age 40ish.  The sarees and blouses she’s chosen have aged her quite a bit.  It’s only day two and I’m already bored of seeing the same look.  It would beContinue reading “Repetitive”

Color Scheme

With Vidya being part of the Cannes jury, we are bound to see sightings of her daily.  That bodes well for us to critique her, after all that’s what this blog is about.  Right off the bat, I’m noticing that she’s got a distinct color scheme going on at the jury photocall and at theContinue reading “Color Scheme”

Saree Switch Up

If you spot Vidya, you know predictably that she’ll wear a saree.  Case in point the two different award shows.  While I appreciate the simplicity of the grey saree, again, it ages her decades.  The purple saree with the sequined blouse is a smidge more modern but I’d have switched the hairstyle back to theContinue reading “Saree Switch Up”
